Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address and your child's age range, when you sign up.
• Alert records: the device name, a category, a severity, and a one-sentence summary written by the AI.
• Anonymous product events, like which landing page variant you saw and which plan you clicked.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We do not email you screenshots or your child's private messages. Summaries are written so they do not quote private text.
• We do not share your information with third parties except the ones that make the product work: our database host, our email sender, and our payment processor.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Screenshots

The agent on your child's device takes a screenshot, sends it to the AI for classification, and deletes it. The screenshot is not stored by LumaGuard and is not included in the alert email. What survives is the summary sentence.

How long we keep things

Alert records stay on your dashboard feed for the most recent 100 alerts. Cancel your subscription and we delete your account data within 30 days.

Your choices

Reply to any alert email to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. A person answers.
